Telemarketing Training Manager

Our company, an innovative Direct Marketing Firm located in Schaumburg, seeks a highly motivating individual to work in our marketing department as a TRAINING MANAGER! We are looking for candidates who have the drive, desire and energy to be able to train our telemarketers and ensure the utmost quality. REQUIREMENTS
Essential Functions
Identify and implement optimal training methods for the Marketing/Telemarketing department.Facilitate the development and implementation of training programs.Develop on-going training programs at internal and external facilities.Provide training on new programs and updates on existing programs.Provide training on new procedures, product awareness training.Provide sales training, general etiquette training, systems training.Motivate, train, and maintain communication within departments

Skills, Experience and Education
Excellent and effective written and verbal communication skills along with strong presentation skills. Proficient with various computer systems and software packages.Demonstrated ability to coordinate a high level of activity under a variety of conditions and constraints.Ability to create and/or develop training material. Ability to motivate staffTeam player.College degree and 3+ years relevant work experience.Travel will be about 1-1.5 weeks per month, about 3 days at a time, traveling to our clients to train them on our system
