Telemarketing Representative for Technology Company

Maxwell Systems, a leading provider of construction and property management software, is looking for a Telemarketing Representatives in its Norristown, PA office. This position will be responsible for business-to-business prospecting, identifying, and qualifying companies that are interested in purchasing construction and commercial property management software solutions and services.
Responsibilities:
- Outbound business-to-business outbound calling to customers and prospects to generate leads for the company’s sales teams.
- Support calling behind leads generated from the web, tradeshows, marketing campaigns and other programs as needed.
- Refers interested prospects to the appropriate sales team member for further development.- Fulfills special requests from the sales team such as qualifying specific accounts, setting appointments, etc.
- Complete records and notes in customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Maintain progress reports for marketing and sales management.
- Assist in special projects as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 3 years experience conducting business-to-business telemarketing, telesales, customer service, inside sales, or similar position making outbound calls.- Must be customer service focused with strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer and typing skills.
- Ability to understand construction industry and software technology.
- Experienced in using Salesforce.com a plus.
