Assists customer service representatives with technical support calls from customers and reps resolving problems and deploying loaner systems to the field as necessary. Assists with the maintaining of merchandise inventory, parts and stock. Repairs all equipments requiring service and completing weekly parts orders. Assists warehouse staff with inspecting all product returns and assists with RMA process.
REQUIREMENTS
2yrs. experience in customer service
3yrs. experience in electronics repair
Minimum proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel & Outlook
Flexibility and willingness to travel as necessary
