Technical Support and Installation Specialist

On-site installation and technical support of the company PACs product for Healthcare industry, including hospitals and imaging centers
• On-site assessment and requirements gathering prior to installation
• Provide documented findings
• Presenting requirements to manufacturing for order fulfillment
• On-site installation and testing
• Remote access for diagnostics and service via telephone support to clients
• On-site support for technical issues
• Providing telephone support to clients from your office
• Assisting in training hospital staff
• Assist in the Manufacture and Testing of products
REQUIREMENTS
• Three years experience with medical imaging/radiology equipment a plus, PACs experience preferred
• Experience with a variety of network and IT environments
• DICOM experience preferred
• Strong familiarity with Windows and Linux (or other variations of UNIX). RedHat Linux preferred.
• Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• operate on a day-to-day basis with little direction, and be an effective team member
