Technical Support Representative - Aviation

ARAMARK is seeking an individual to provide technical and systems support for our nationwide Aviation Services business. As a Technical Support Representative for Aviation Services, you will provide technical and advisory support to our operations and sales teams in the areas of scheduling, proposed business, staffing, and financials. You will be responsible for supporting managers in the field as well as being a contributor to supporting sales efforts within the business. This is a nationwide position. To be located in a metro area near an airport is preferred.




Job Requirements
Ideal candidates will possess a bachelor's degree in Management and/or Aviation and a minimum of 5 years of practical field experience. Must have the ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) with clients, senior management and ARAMARK support staff. A strong working knowledge of Excel, MS Access and Database programming , PowerPoint, project management software, and capability to learn web based database programming is required. Expertise in operations, management, and daily reporting functions, Aviation cabin and ramp service operations are all required. Contract-managed service experience is desirable. Must be willing to travel 50% of the time.
