Technical Support / Customer Support
Technical Support: Individual with solid technical/network support background, exceptional customer service skills and experience to provide internal and external technical support. Will work on electronic technical systems in-house to make sure they are sound before delivery and installation.Excellent opportunity with established electronics firm. REQUIREMENTS
Position requires a computer science degree with electronics experience. Minimum 2-3 years solid experience with hardware installation and support.
Help desk experience required. Previous sales or customer phone support experience a plus.Must be a "people person" and enjoy heavy customer contact both phone and in person. Must have outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
PC hardware, cabling, windows NT/98, and MS Office.
Professional attitude, and professional business casual dress required.
