Technical Services Specialist III - PA

Responsibilities include:Designs, configures and implements the company/communications system hardware and software infrastructure normally specializing in Data Base, Data/Voice Communications, Network, Server or Mainframe Operating Systems; takes advantage of technology opportunities and satisfies the computer systems requirements, supporting the needs of the company and departments.
Supports, administers and assists in the improvement of the company computer security policy, systems development standards, and other company and departmental policies and processes.
Administers system security and backup recovery processes.Works with project members to develop specifications, diagrams and flowcharts.
Writes and modifies medium complex original programs and scripts that control and monitor infrastructure components.
Reviews, analyzes, configures, tests, debugs, documents and installs purchased programs and scripts originally written and supplied by others.
Performs project management activities.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree plus 5 Years of Information Systems experience or equivalent skillsCompetent in appropriate systems from a wide variety of Systems Infrastructure Computer Technologies from IBM (AS400, OS400, DB2, Servers), Microsoft (Windows/NT OS, MS Sql Server, Outlook, MS Office, Terminal Server; Internet software), Oracle Data Base; Avaya.Our quality furniture and tradition of excellence have made us the number one selling furniture brand in the United States.
