Technical Help Desk (Tier 1)

Purpose: Helpdesk Technician (Tier 1) Duties: This is a 100% Phone Support position. The shifts are M-F (8am to 5pm) or (9am to 6pm). There is a team of 10 technicians. The consultant will support XP, Office 2003 suite including Outlook, Adobe/Acrobat and hooking up printers remotely. The consultant will train on supporting the Siebel CRM and using the Siebel tracking system. They will also use Citrix for Remote access (They will train on that as well).

Qualifications:
1 to 3 years of HELPDESK (PHONE) Experience. The consultant must have experience with XP, Office Suite 2003 including Outlook, Adobe/Acrobat and the ability to hook up printers remotely.
