TITLE: Technical Customer Support Representative

Are you looking for an exciting new career with a dynamic and motivated Company, then look no further? CDI Corporation is looking for junior level IT helpdesk for one of its exclusive clients.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Provides telephone and e-mail technical support to end
users of the Application program with varying technical
abilities.
2. Customizes applications for implementations for clients
using HTML.
3. Consults with other support staff to provide a speedy
resolution to customer problems when necessary.
4. Tracks and posts all implementation activities and documents
to data management systems including QuickBase and internal
client relations management system.
5. Maintains updated knowledge and ability to use relevant
applications
6. Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Technical Skills: HTML, JavaScript,

Required Skills:

1. One year of customer support experience.
2. Must have a high level of comfort with the Windows operating
system (experience with Macintosh OS a plus), be personable
and polite to customers under all circumstances.
3. Must be very familiar with hand-coding HTML (not using a
WYSIWYG editor) and have a basic knowledge of
programming/scripting concepts;
4. JavaScript knowledge a plus.
5. Good time management skills are necessary for this position.
6. Ability to provide customer service and perform help desk
functions; problem solving skills are essential.
