An Internet company is seeking Technical and Customer support specialists that will be handling customers of our innovative VoIP products, primarily residential VoIP service. The employee will be responsible for the relationship between the company and its customers via the company Miami call center.The company has been in business for over 6 years but need motivated support specialist for a new division, this is a great opportunity to enter the ground level of an exiting new technology.
Responsibilities:
- Provide account and technical support for customers.- Handling account changes.- Technical support for VoIP and phone services provided by the company.- Sell service to customers calling the call center.
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assist customers via phone or email.- Continuously learn and retain knowledge of new and existing services offered by the company- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.- Ability to interpret technical instructions, follow diagrams or flow charts, analyze equipment.
- Minimum one year help desk or customer service experience in a call center environment.
- Three years Internet experience.
