Team Leader: Needs experience supervising small staff of workers, motivating the staff and helping to keep the staff focused and in good spirits.
The supervisor will also be required to keep records of performance and make customer calls themselves.
REQUIREMENTS
Customer service: Must have customer service experience, have great phone manners, be courteous, upbeat, and helpful on the phoneoutbound calls, collecting orders, keying in the orders following up on client orders to see ifthey are satisfied with their products.
Need someone who is comfortable working on the phone all day long!
