TSG Support Technician

The TSG (Technical Services Group) technicians are responsible for all desktop hardware and software support.Installing and troubleshooting applicationsTroubleshooting and effecting repair of hardwareTesting connectivity from workstations to both UPS-SCS network applications/resources and also customer hosted applications/resourcesPerform building audits to insure adherence to UPS-SCS standardsPerform preventative maintenance to insure functionality of IT resourcesJob Requirements
Minimum Requirements:College degree and 2-4 years of professional level experience preferredOr an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience required
