TM Services Rep

Performs various functions required to establish and support customers on corporate products. Interprets customer/bank feedback and develops necessary recommendations to change operation procedures or enhance systems as needed. Assists customers and bank personnel with any questions, problems, or requests regarding these services. Establishes and maintains customer/account/option data and verify information is reported accurately based on customer and system specifications. Interacts with all of Treasury Management and other bank personnel as needed to support customers' needs. Monitors the quality of operations services by reviewing daily reports and/or transmissions. Follows escalation procedures to ensure issues are addressed timely. Tracks and input monthly billing information into Account Analysis. Resolves variance issues. Writes and maintains up-to-date operating procedures. Cross-trains other staff members as needed. Prepares and distribute reports to management detailing system availability, volume (quality and quantity) as needed. Works with Internal Audit personnel as requested. Provides back-up support as needed to other department members. Other duties as assigned.
TM Services Rep I, X19 - Typically requires a Bachelor's and 0 -2 years of directly related experience. Limited use and/or application of basic principles, theories, and concepts. Basic knowledge of MS Office, multi-tasking, analysis, attention to detail; accuracy; good communication skills and interpersonal skills, analytical skills.
TM Services Rep II, X20 - Typically requires a Bachelor's and 2+ years of directly related experience. Full use and application of standard principles, theories, concepts, and techniques. Working knowledge of MS Office, multi-tasking, analysis, attention to detail; accuracy; good communication skills and interpersonal skills, analytical skills.
Banking experience is required
Analytical experience is required
Strong commitment and background in customer service is required
Experience reviewing customer agreements is preferred
