At the heart of our success is a talented team—Managers and Film Crew who share our passionate commitment to guest satisfaction.Our EXCELerated Leadership Development Program consists of 18-months of rigorous, on-the-job training designed to prepare you for a leadership position as a Senior Manager at one of our locations. This position is ideal for strong, goal-oriented team players with the established ability to lead and manage others. While a B.A. is preferred, 3-5 years of solid retail or hospitality management experience where you’ve delivered results through a team is critical. You should be comfortable working non traditional schedules.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Ensure delivery of the best possible movie going experience.
Provide leadership and guidance to associates to achieve optimum theatre operations. Primary emphasis is on the ability to deliver results through planning, execution and effectively getting results through others.
Reinforce guest and operational focus through MBWA (Managing By Walking Around). Actively engage in day-to-day operations.
Actively provide timely and accurate coaching to associates to assist with their growth and development.
Mentor and develop Manager and Film Crew talent.
Assist in setting and ensuring successful delivery of theatre budgets, goals, and objectives.
Review financial numbers utilizing daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports. Use reports as a management tool to optimize financial results and the guest experience.
Successfully hire, train, develop and appropriately discipline theatre associates. Uphold AMC’s Business Practice Standards and ensure compliance with company programs.
REQUIREMENTS

Working ability to perform all management and Film Crew functions

Outstanding ability to listen, communicate, and work effectively with guests in a high volume setting
Excellent training and development skills
Effective oral and written communication skills
Effective analytical, planning, and problem solving skills
Proven leadership skills
Work effectively with supervisors, peers, subordinates, guests, vendors and corporate partners.
Proven ability to consistently deliver results with minimal supervision
Ability to consistently meet deadlines
Standing, walking, lifting, twisting, and bending on a frequent basis
Good working computer knowledge (Windows, Word, Excel, MS Exchange)Undergraduate degree preferred
