We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the following opportunities:

Housing System Support

Provides telephone support and on-site installation, training and troubleshooting for CBORD’s Housing Management Systems. Identify client issues and resolve them through phone time, testing, and working closely with co-workers, identify client issues and resolve them.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and/or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


Point of Sales Specialist

Provide installation, training, and telephone support for on-line point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and/or experience in point-of-sale systems and 2 years experience with customer service, technical support and/or implementations is preferred. Successful candidates will possess strong analytical, and communication skills, along with extensive experience with Windows operating systems, networking, and applications. Technical problem-solving skills and ability to work independently required.

System Support Specialist

Provide installation, training, and telephone support for on-line transaction processing systems.

Qualifications: Bachelors degree and 2 years experience with customer service, technical support and/or implementations preferred. Experience working with DBMS and SQL is strongly preferred. Successful candidates will possess strong analytical, and communication skills, along with extensive experience with Windows operating systems and applications.

Implementation Associate / Specialist (Dietetic or Healthcare experience strongly preferred)

Provide systems training and implementation support for food service management systems.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and/or experience in point-of-sale systems and 2 years experience with onsite foodservice or clinical nutrition background is preferred. Successful candidates will possess strong analytical, communication skills, along with extensive experience with training or implementations, or project planning. Flexibility and ability to work independently is a must.

All positions require travel (50%) throughout the US and Canada. Strong customer service and technical support and installation experience strongly preferred.
