TA Recruitment Manager

PRC, a world leader in Customer Relationship Management, is currently seeking a Recruitment Manager for our new Denver Facility. This individual will be responsible for the leadership and daily management of the recruitment functions within our local recruiting organization. In addition, this person is responsible for developing and implementing strategic recruitment and employment programs.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

MUST HAVE CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

MUST have 3 – 5 years high volume non-exempt recruitment experience preferably in a call center environment

Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Advanced communication skills including written, oral and presentation are required and must possess the interpersonal skills to work within all levels of the organization.
