System Support Specialist (Ithaca, NY)

Provide installation, and telephone support for on-line transaction processing systems.

Bachelors degree and 2 years experience with customer service, preferred. Experience working with DBMS and SQL is preferred. Successful candidates will possess strong analytical, and communication skills, along with extensive experience with Windows operating systems and applications.

Requires time at client sites (up to 60% travel) U.S. and Canada locations.
