KI, a world class supplier of innovative and award-winning furniture solutions for business, educational, healthcare and institutional environments, is seeking a dedicated, self-motivated professional to fill the position of IS Support Center Technician at its Corporate Office in Green Bay.In this customer-oriented position, you will provide services to resolve desktop hardware and software support needs throughout the Corporate Office, and for remote individuals and facilities. As a Support Center Technician, you will also be involved in deployment of new desktop hardware and software, provide phone and on-call coverage on a rotation basis, and perform various projects as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, customer service, and problem solving skills in a technical troubleshooting environment. A minimum of a 2-year IT-related degree and 3+ years of hands on technical support experience in a commercial environment is strongly preferred.
