As a Support Analyst, you will be a part of a growing software unit if JPMorganChase serving the financial services industry specializing in below investment grade fixed income securities. This team has an immediate opening for an analytical and detail-oriented individual to assist with support of portfolio management and accounting systems. The position requires heavy interaction with complex financial calculations and processes as well as significant analytical and PC skills.

General Financial Analysis

Respond to client request concerning software and financial-industry issues

REQUIREMENTS


Minimum Requirements:2+ years experience in Help Desk environment 2+ years exp. in Finance/Accounting Background

WinXP/2000/NT experience

Strong PC Skills, Spreadsheet/Windows

Good Organizational and Documentation Skills

Detail and Task Orientation

Analytical Mind

Strong Work Ethic

Team Player

Preferred Skills:

MCP/MCSE or related experience

BA or BS minimum (Accounting/Finance Major preferred)



Banking or investment community experience (Bond Math, NPV or yield functions)

Access/SQL db experience (creating reports, queries)

Terminal Server/CITRIX exposure
