Your resposibilities will include:

-Call monitoring
-Auditing collector work performance
-Taking escalated calls
-Maintaining queue of accounts
-Motivating your team
-Dialer setup

REQUIREMENTS
-5+ yrs consumer collection experience
-Collection management experience
-Experience with Miscroft Office package
-Experience working with an automated dialer
-Bilingual preferred
-Criminal background check
-FDCPA knowledge
-Must take and pass FDCPA test
