Our Subrogation Claims Representatives:
* Are responsible for negotiating recovery situations on assigned claims in a multi-state environment.
* Work closely with adverse insurance carriers, attorneys, and outside vendors.
REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Four-year college degree
* Minimum 1 year work experience in a customer service and/or insurance position (preferred).
* Excellent customer service, communication skills, sound judgment and decision making skills.
* Collections experience helpful.
* Valid driver's license.
* Bondable.
* Computer Proficient.
* Must pass pre-employment assessments and be able to attend a 3 week off-site training course.
