Strong Customer Focused Staffing Supervisor Wanted!

Kelly Services is looking for new talent to join the highly successful Manhattan Branch. The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree (Preferably in Human Resources, Business, or Marketing) or Equivalent work experience. The key competencies for Staffing Supervisor include the ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and accomplish many detail-oriented tasks simultaneously. In addition, the candidate must demonstrate a strong customer focus, team orientation, and technical proficiency (i.e., computer skills).




Staffing Supervisor Job Functions






Screening and assessing candidates, administering evaluations, conducting interviews, checking references, managing hiring decisions, and conducting employee orientation.

Monitoring and analyzing employee turnover/absenteeism and taking appropriate action, conducting performance reviews, soliciting employee feedback, investigating customer/employee complaints and taking appropriate action, counseling/coaching employees, providing career guidance, conducting exit interviews, making decisions regarding termination of employees, developing and maintaining recognition and retention programs, handling workplace violence/safety issues.

Conducting needs analyses, developing and presenting Business Reviews, complying with acceptable customer requirements (i.e., in the contract/Statement of Work compliance), developing end-user guides, resolving reporting and billing issues, soliciting customer feedback.

Reviewing and managing internal reports, managing quality initiatives, assisting in budget development and management, auditing bills, completing Corporate-requested reports, addressing aging issues.
