Street Superintendent

The City of Caldwell seeks qualified individuals to fill the following position of Street Superintendent. Individual plans, organizes, directs and manages the operation of the City's street maintenance, construction, administrative and operational programs and activities. Supervises a staff of 14+. Must possess good interpersonal skills and have the ability to effectively communicate with other City employees and the general public. Excellent benefits.

REQUIREMENTS


Street Superintendent:Graduate from an accredited college or university with an associates degree in engineering, business administration, construction management, or related field; and
Extensive experience in street construction and maintenance operations and management; or
Any equivalent combination of education, experience and training which provides the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to perform the work.
Must possess or have the ability to obtain a Class A CDL issued by the State of Idaho.
