STORE AND SALES MANAGERA well-known healthcare apparel company seeks an energetic and motivated individual to become a part of our rapidly growing team as the Store and Sales Manager at our location in Grapevine, Texas.Store & Sales Manager Responsibilities:

Facilitating staff development:
Recruiting and selecting of service-minded associates, providing performance feedback, creating a positive work environment

Setting the example for great service for our customers:
Actively coaching associates on the selling floor, celebrating success

Making the store inviting to the customer:
Maintaining floor presentation standards, participating in daily floor fill-in and replenishment

REQUIREMENTS
The qualified candidate must have 2 to 3 years of current retail experience as well as customer service and sales experience comparable to our business and industry.

Experience with budgeting, P and L, and profit and shrink control
Strong leadership skills

Ability to empower and develop a team
Effective communication skills
Strong organizational skills
