REQUIREMENTS
Store Project Manager
Salary Commensurate with experience-up to $67K

Description: The store project manager is responsible for executing projects that involve the BNCB stores. He/She will be the directly involved in all aspects of store projects to ensure that each project is well managed and executed with resources across the IT department, within the stores and external to BNCB. The project manager will follow a pre-established methodology for delivery IT services into the store. He/She will be 100% compliant with the methodology. The store project manager must be accustomed to working in a dynamic environment with high client satisfaction as his/her goal. The store project manager will coordinate efforts across multiple IT groups in order to deliver his/her projects.

Education Level and Overall Knowledge Required for Position
Bachelor's Degree
PMP Certification preferred

Level of Experience
Seven to Ten years related experience

Ability to manage a matrix staff
Ability to manage-up senior level business executives
Ability to negotiate with various business and IT groups
Knowledge of software development life cycle
Knowledge of application software package implementation
Knowledge of application integration
