Store Managers

Seeking energetic, professional people to be Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers to manage our rapidly growing Dairy Queen. With sales having increased dramatically this past year, we now need to expand our management team to accommodate the increase in volume. The store is a very upscale, free standing Dairy Queen that is clean and friendly.
Must be able to maintain the store to the highest level of customer service, cleanliness and friendliness. Will work a flexible schedule in a fast paced environment. Seeking reliable and dependable people who are willing to go the extra mile for great customer service. Looking for 2 managers who want to enjoy what they are doing, are excited to come to work everyday, and have fun when they are here. Full time position (40 hours). Duties would include scheduling, staffing, cost of goods, inventory, ordering, and marketing. Great training program. Looking to establish long term relationships. Employment can begin immediately.
REQUIREMENTS
Successful candidate must be enthusiastic and be able to work in a fast paced environment. Experience a plus but not necessary. Must have a pleasing personality and have the ability to work with all kinds of wonderful people. Needs to lead by example and carry yourself in a professional manner at all times.
