Store Manager and Assistant Manager

Responsible for assisting and managing the salon, including employees and operations. This includes planning, goal setting, promotional planning, managing employee schedules and duties. Assisting with hiring, training and motivating employees. Also includes handling all operational tasks such as security issues, banking/credit issues, mall or community relations and equipment issues.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have sales skills, merchandising skills, training skills, mathematical skills, communication skills and ability to multi-task. Must be responsible, mature people-oriented, organized, friendly, dependable, trustworthy, and flexible. Must be a self-starter, a good listener, a problem-solver and a leader.
