From hiring, training, scheduling and developing your team of employees to meeting company goals and enforcing company policy, applicable laws and completing required paperwork, the Store Manager position requires leadership skills, organization and a solid work ethic.
Customer Service: Store Managers are responsible for ensuring that all customers receive fast and friendly service in a clean facility every time they visit the store. Communication skills and a positive attitude are important qualities of a Store Manager
Cash Handling, Safety, and Maintenance: Store Managers must practice and enforce all company policies relating to money handling and banking, must ensure store safety and cleanliness, and perform and supervise minor maintenance tasks.Merchandising: Store Managers regularly order products, stock displays, ensure correct pricing, determine fuel levels, and audit cash receipts and inventory.

REQUIREMENTS
Successful candidates must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Prior retail/management experience and/or college education is preferred.Base pay vaires depending on experience and geographic market area.
