This outgoing, detail- oriented person will handle all aspects of a fast-paced retail environment, and will posses the ability to handle customer questions and assist them in a friendly and enthusiastic manner. JOB DUTIES:- Achieves or exceeds store sales, sales per hour, average ticket, customer service and customer retention objectives. Works to achieve customer satisfaction. Implements promotions to increase sales by developing new customers and retaining existing ones.
- Fills in as needed to cover a store that is short-staffed. Assists store management with hiring, training, ordering, scheduling, motivation and discipline. Coaches staff to meet sales standards. Assists management with performance reviews.- Orders inventory and supplies. Manages physical inventory to meet standards for variance, turns and to meet customer demand. Assists management with store merchandising. Shares and teaches Best Practices with other stores.- Responsible for store security and ensuring proper procedures are followed for opening and closing. Serves as a back up for store managers and sales reps. Keeps store neat, clean and makes sure the physical appearance is maintained.- Assists in managing all daily store administrative and financial duties to ensure proper procedures are followed. May be responsible for making daily bank deposits and keeping accurate records.- Applies and displays the principles of OS's ethics policy and communicates acceptable standards of the policy to all employees.- Maintains a clean and safe work environment at all times. Adheres to Company safety and security standards in the performance of all job duties. Reports all safety hazards and/or incidents to supervisory personnel immediately.

REQUIREMENTS
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:- Successful sales and marketing abilities. Effective verbal and written communication skills.- Basic use of PC/keyboards.
- Education: 2 year college degree in sales or marketing or equivalent.- Experience: 2-3 years retail or outside sales experience or retail management/ sales – ideally with an upper quartile retailer.-Must be willing to commute to other stores in the Chicago area on an as needed basis.
