Store Manager/ Kiosk Location

Dakota Watch Company currently has an entry level management position available for our Louisville Area. Management and/or retail experience is a plus, but not necessary. We offer an exceptional training program and can develop a winning personality into a successful store manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Job Requirements include, but are not limited to the following:

1. Generate and maintain strong sales over prior year's figures.
2. Interview, hire and develop a quality team of strong associates.
3. Train and develop all associates on a continual basis.
4. Maintain a clean and organized store.
5. Motivate others by creating a fun and enjoyable work environment.
6. Demonstrate superior customer service to all shoppers leaving a lasting positive impression.
