Store Manager For Ladies Boutique

A new ladies shoe boutique in Venice, CA is in search of a Store Manager. This store needs an enthusiastic individual with 3 to 5 years of retail management experience to join our team as the Store Manager.

The Store Manager will be responsible for personal sales, leadership, merchandising, communication, store operations, and store profitability.

The Store Manager should be have the ability to:
·Successfully manage all store operations
·Drive sales, and consistently motivate store staff
·Complete associate staffing, training, development, and customer service
·Present a professional demeanor when dealing with customer and associate issues
·Demonstrate exemplary decision-making skills, and be able to perform with a minimal amount of supervision
·Manage store security and shrink
·Merchandising and maintaining store displays
·Complete general housekeeping
