We are experiencing tremendous growth and seek an ambitious, motivated individual to lead the team at our new Bartlett store as a Store Manager. Come join our amazing team!

You will be an experienced retail leader who can oversee store operations. You will be a driving force for helping the team achieve established revenue goals, maximizing revenue while controlling expenses. You will manage all daily store, production and donation center activities. Additional responsibilities will include ensuring customer and donor service satisfaction, budget oversight, store presentation and staff development and supervision. Your previous leadership experience and team building skills will help when you mediate employee relations issues, and complete other human resource functions.

The Store Manager's essential job functions include:
Ensures appropriate stock levels are developed and maintained
Operates the facility within budgeted expense levels
Completes accurate sales, production, inventory, quality, donor and trucking records
Maintains store presentation standards
Assures accurate implementation of operating procedures to attain maximum productivity and quality
Improves customer service satisfaction; responds to customer questions and concerns
Recommends changes that improve productivity and quality processes
Ensures Kaizen processes are followed
Completes human resource functions, including screening, hiring, orientation, training, performance evaluations and employee disciplinary actions
Assures the facility operates with a high priority on safety regulations and work rules Leads teams that provide exceptional customer service consistent with the Goodwill brand. Delegates work assignments to ensure smooth business operations

Qualified candidates will have at least six years of successful retail supervisory experience, which includes experience leading a team of at least 30 associates.
