Store Manager and Assistant Manager positions are available in Louisville and surrounding areas.

Store Manager / Assistant Manager

Is a professional, supervisory position held accountable for the daily operation of an assigned location.
Differentiates our stores from competitors by exceeding customers’ expectations in the areas of Store Image and Cleanliness, In-Stock Position, and Customer Service.
Maximizes store profitability by increasing sales, controlling expenses, and controlling cash and inventory losses.
Supports the company goals by focusing on personal accountability, customer service and work efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS
Train and require excellent customer service from all store staff.
Experience in retail sales preferred.
Possess a valid Driver’s License and personal transportation to/from the bank.
Store Manager should have the ability to work a 5-½ days/50+ hours per week work schedule.
Work with minimum of direction and supervision.
At all times work as an effective manager, supervisor and leader.
