Bowden Oil Company Inc. and Shop “N” Fill Food Marts is a 52 year old family owned company. Founded in 1955, Bowden Oil began as a gasoline and fuel distributor. In 1982 the first Shop “N” Fill Food Mart was opened in Sylacauga, Alabama. In the following years Shop “N Fill has grown to 18 locations covering 6 counties in central Alabama. Bowden Oil Company and Shop “N” Fill continue to strive to give the best customer service in the cleanest locations, and with the help of our valuable employees have become recognized as a leader in the industry. We are currently seeking a store manager for our Stewartville, AL location just 3 miles south of Sylacauga.
Store Manager responsibilities include:Hiring and Training of New EmployeesDaily Store OperationsSchedulingDaily Bank DepositsMerchandise OrderInventory ControlStore AppearanceVendor Check-InDaily Accounting ReportsMonitoring of Store Profits and Expenses REQUIREMENTS


Requirements:
Convenience Stores Management ExperienceFood Service Experience (helpful but not required)Computer Experience (helpful but not required)Reliable TransportationAvailable for On –Call Time
