Originating as a small surf shop in 1968, South Moon Under has evolved into a unique, upscale fashion retailer. We seek to offer an eclectic mix of interesting, high quality, reasonably priced products that stand out in the market. South Moon Under operates eleven stores in the mid-Atlantic area, in addition to an E-commerce site.

South Moon Under is currently looking for management staff at both our Reston, VA, and Annapolis, MD, locations. At South Moon Under, members of the management team serve as leaders in their store, coaching and developing the staff to provide an outstanding level of customer service that will, in turn, maximize sales and profits. All of our Managers must have a complete understanding of the South Moon Under philosophy, aesthetic and customer.

The South Moon Under Manager possesses strong leadership skills. They work closely with the sales staff to deliver product knowledge, drive sales and uphold operational standards. They have excellent communication skills and a full understanding of how to motivate people.
REQUIREMENTS
Successful candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule based on business needs that includes daytime, evening, weekends and holiday shifts, as well as having at least one year of retail management experience, preferably in a specialty retail environment.
