Store MANAGERS & Customer Service Representative
PLS Financial Services seeks ambitious, self-starters who are career-minded for the following positions:STORE MANAGERS for its Indianapolis area stores. The positions will be responsible for several Customer Service Representatives and report to the Regional Manager. Candidates must possess the ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling a high volume of customers while ensuring complete customer satisfaction. Previous experience in payday loans, check cashing, currency exchange, rent-to-own, pawn-shop, banking, retail, fast-food or consumer finance preferred. Must possess strong leadership skills.
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES for its stores in the Indianapolis area. The Customer Service Representatives will be responsible for assisting customers in all areas of payday lending and/or check cashing/currency exchange and must provide exceptional customer service at all times. Previous experience in payday loans, check cashing, currency exchange, rent-to-own, pawn-shop, banking, retail, fast-food or consumer finance preferred.

Qualified candidates for the above positions will possess strong people, communication and customer service skills as well as excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
