Stocking Representative

Primary Responsibility:

Responsible for the Fixture Maintenance of all displays within 7-10 Stores.


Qualifications:

Self-motivation with the ability to work independently.
Customer-service oriented.
Ability to convey a positive and professional image at all times.
Understanding of a Retail Environment and willingness to perform.
REQUIREMENTS
Physical Requirements:

Driving – Light Travel
Lift 25-50 lbs.
Ability to climb a ladder.
Standing for long periods of time.


Principle Accountabilities:

Clear communication with District Manager, Store Representatives and Service Reps.
Follow and maintain daily schedule.
Complete daily rotations.
Fax Display Cleaning Report(s) to Corporate Office on a weekly basis.
Ensure all displays are “out of the box”, clean, and properly bulbed.
Replace all failed bulbs with the correct bulb type.
Maintain bulb ordering process.
Recognize electrical problems with displays, as well as any missing displays.
Maintain safety guidelines at all times.
Follow company dress code at all times.
