Overall Job Function: Responsible for keeping the stock room organized and getting all merchandise to the sales floor. Emphasizes the sense of urgency for the whole store pushing call-off racks, new production, accessories, sale and back stock.Job Responsibility:
Responsible for stocking and replenishing all merchandise to the sales floor
Maintains the stockroom, i.e. back stock, new production, and call-off as well as supplies for the whole store
Monitors the amount of volume working with the allocation upon the approval of store manager
Unloads truck, and receives, opens and unpacks merchandise
Labels merchandise with security tags
Plays a large part in Loss Prevention by making sure everything is censored correctly
Stocks all selling areas and stockroom with merchandise
Examines merchandise to identify items to be replenished
Replenishes store supplies (bags, gift boxes etc.)
Actively keeps registers, fitting-rooms and stockroom clean and well maintained -Stays informed with advertising campaigns, promotions and sales activities in order to give good customer service
Stays familiar with products, display guidelines and merchandise information -Provides customer service throughout the store
Rings on the register, reports and handles all required transactions, issues the receipts and packs merchandise in a proper and fast manner when needed -Answers phone courteously and promptly
Addresses loss prevention issues that may occur, following H&M guidelines

REQUIREMENTS
Prior stock room experience preferred
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
