F&B Runners at Gaylord Opryland are responsible for assisting the Banquet staff by providing all necessary equipment from Stewards to set function rooms. Responsibilities include cloth and skirt necessary buffet tables; set up and tear down assigned buffet and reception areas; transport and maintain food lines; keep food lines clean and orderly; stock and clean beverage stations in service hallways and pantry areas; perform other duties as assigned.
