Station Services Representative

DG FastChannel is the leading provider of digital distribution services to the broadcast advertising industry.

Responsible for giving information and resolving problems for all customers of the Station Services department, both internal and external, in order to promote and maximize customer goodwill, loyalty and confidence to enhance sales. REQUIREMENTS
Job Qualifications

Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers to re-send traffic and media files, manage customer inquiries relating to all post order entry transactions.
1st level technical support for TV and radio stations.
Responsible for monitoring and resolving print customer issues.
Arranging for station-to-station dubs when necessary.
Meet or exceed department standards for quality and productivity.
Responsible for development and enhancement of relationships with customers..
Assist with UPS tracking as needed.
Offer suggestions for improved workflow.
Learn and comprehend all internal processes
Other administrative work as needed.
Projects as assigned by manager.
Participate in staff meetings, periodically volunteering to chair and organize agenda.
Special Skills Required

We are looking for someone with strong customer focus, a detailed problem solver with analytical skills, a two-year degree or equivalent experience, 1 - 5 years previous customer service experience. Must possess the ability to learn and apply internal processes as they apply to customer orders and explain processes to the customer in clear and concise language using layman's terms. Must have excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Comprehensive knowledge of Word for Windows and Excel. Ability to manage multiple tasks while prioritizing accordingly.
