Station Manager

A Station Manager is a vital component in the Hertz service network. Responsibilities include managing hourly, union employees as well as overall operations and logistics. One should also expect front-line customer contact and other duties including: scheduling adequate staff coverage, reviewing competitive situations, and training and supervising new personnel. You may move between areas of responsibility, allowing you to gain a working, on-site knowledge of the business to help you move to higher management career growth.

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
•Bachelors Degree and 1-3 years of relevant operations management experience
•A valid driver’s license with a motor vehicle record in good standing
•Flexibility to work various schedules/shifts including late evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential
•Willingness to work outdoors in a 24/7 environment
•Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
