Staffing Coordinator

A client service representative position to support the operation of a healthcare organization. This individual will be responsible for scheduling patient /client services. They will receive referral calls, document job orders, create files for employees, verifies licenses/credentials for staff positions. They will provide assistance with marketing, payroll, and collection function as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
1 year previous experience in healthcare, temporary help or related industry. Proven organizational skills and detailed orientated. Ability to multi-task, work under pressure with changing priorities and short deadlines. Ability to communicate effectively with clinical and non-clinical personnel.
