Sr. Customer Service Representative - 12:30pm-9:00pm

We are currently recruiting for our client located in Aurora. We are currently seeking Sr. Customer Service representatives for their busy office. Duties will include taking a high volume of inbound customer calls, showing each caller empathy as well as effective problem solving, ensuring each caller is satisfied with the resolution of the issue, and using technology to document each call. In addition, the right candidate for this job will be able to compose business letters with proper grammar, punctuation, spelling, and proper business formatting.
Additionally, our client is looking for candidates who are articulate, able to multi-task, and consistently act with patience and professionalism.The training schedule for this position is Monday - Friday 12:30pm - 9:00pm for the first 6 weeks. The schedule, after training has completed will be a 5 day work week 12:30pm - 9pm, with either Sundays/Tuesdays off, Sundays/Wednesdays off, Sundays/Thursdays off, OR Sundays/Fridays off.
This position is temporary to hire in nature.
