Sr. Customer Service Rep.

- Handle technical issues in regard to bulk data, web based products, connectivity and product use.
Support, analyze and report data issues.
Create and maintain customer profiles.
Interface with sales team, production team, executive level management, and attend regular production meetings.
Provide a 24 hour acknowledgement and response to customer reported problems.
Analyze and resolve data and delivery related issues.
Responsible for problem resolution, coordinating all efforts between the customer and internal RES resources.
Communicate proactively with customers by providing periodic calls, status reports, monthly account summaries and quarterly account reviews.
Ensure excellence in customer satisfaction through Client Relationship Management, providing functional solutions within RES capabilities.
Work within a functional team environment and strive to fulfill team goals.
Create, support, and maintain positive team communication.
Investigate, analyze, and solve complex customer billing, technical, and contract issues.
Monitor, coordinate, and maintain an assigned customer base in regard to delivering excellence in customer satisfaction, billing issues, client profiles, customer projects, key contact support, client notifications and supporting the sales activity.
Ensure overall customer needs are met, including compliance with Service Level Agreements.Qualifications
Demonstrate a strong sense of initiative to recognize and solve problems that affect the team and the customer base.
Ability to handle firm deadlines and multitask.
High level of organization
Ability to understand and communicate issues related to data, contracts, billing, and applications with all levels of internal and external customers.
Excellent written and verbal communication
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access)Benefits
