Spa Manager - Century City

Equinox Fitness Clubs, the premier company in the fitness industry, currently operates 36 clubs throughout New York, Chicago, San Francisco, Los Angeles and South Beach and is rapidly expanding. We are currently looking for a Spa Manager at our Century City location, a 36,000 square foot facility with 23 treatrooms.

As a Spa Manager, you will ensure that the Equinox Spa achieves or exceeds the club’s goals relating to Spa revenue and cost of operations, while providing the highest level of customer service. Key responsibilities include: hiring, training, motivating, directing and evaluating Spa staff; ensuring the cleanliness of the Spa facilities and working operation of all Spa equipment; and guaranteeing the esthetic beauty and tranquility of the Spa facilities to promote a relaxing and appealing environment.
REQUIREMENTS
To qualify, you must possess a minimum of 5 years of managerial experience with proven leadership ability in a spa, retail or professional setting. You must be enthusiastic, personable, and ambitious with the ability to hire, direct and train staff. Excellent communication, time management, organizational and follow-up skills are essential.
