We are seeking a software training and support employee who will:Perform initial on-site product training and group training for customers on the use of our Online Registration System Software(OLRS.
Conduct follow-up product training for customers as required.Train internal GSS personnel (Customer Support and Sales representatives) on OLRS usage.
Perform software installations and some computer assembly.Troubleshoot hardware and software problems.Answer new customers’ questions about policies and procedures.Perform follow-up visits or calls to customers.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree and equivalent experience.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Extensive driving is required.Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to travel. Trips may include overnight stays and air travel.Experience with software installation and computer assembly.Solid working knowledge of PCs and Windows operating systems 2000 and XP, as well as telecom and broadband internet connections methodology and implementation.Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.Must be located in the San Francisco Bay area.Ability to lift computer hardware weighing up to 25 pounds.A valid credit, background and driver's license check will be required as part of the selection process.
