Social Service Provider 1- Site Manager C& A, Toombs County Under general to limited supervision, manages and directs a community-based day treatment program for consumers with severe and/or chronic mental illness or related disabilities. May supervise a staff of professional and/or para-professionals. Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, sociology, education, nursing, vocational rehabilitation, or a related field OR Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, sociology, education, nursing, vocational rehabilitation, or a related field and two (2) years of full-time (or equivalent part-time) work experience in social services delivery (case management, outreach, prevention/education, etc.). Salary commensurate with experience. Social Service Coordinator- Site Manager, Wayne, Appling, Tattnall & Toombs MH/SA Counseling Centers. Under limited to broad supervision, manages, coordinates and directs the clinical and/or social services activities of a comprehensive program or multiple programs in an assigned geographical area(s). Directly and indirectly supervises a moderate sized staff of social service professionals/para-professionals in the diagnoses, evaluation and treatment of emotional, cognitive, developmental, behavioral and interpersonal disorders, illnesses and disabilities. Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, sociology, education, nursing, vocational rehabilitation, or a related and three (3) years of full-time (or equivalent part-time) work experience in social services delivery (case management, outreach, prevention/education, etc.). Supervisory experience required. Salary commensurate with experience. Social Services Technician 2 - Appling, Bulloch, Tattnall, Toombs, & Wayne Counties-Community Support Individual, Supported Employment and Therapeutic Foster Care.Provide interventions to assist consumers to access to medical, vocational, and other services necessary to sustain recovery. Assist consumers in problem solving skills, provide support and education, advocate on behalf of the individual and/or family, coordinating services specified in recovery/service plan, limited crisis intervention and outreach. May provide, under professional supervision, supportive counseling to consumers and their families. Minimum Qualifications: Three years of experience in social service delivery OR completion of 90 quarter hours of college course work, 15 quarter hours of which was in social work, psychology, mental health, nursing, education, sociology, criminal justice, counseling, rehabilitation counseling, guidance counseling, or an equivalent field AND one year of experience in social services delivery OR completion of a bachelor's degree in one of the course work areas listed above OR two years of experience as a Social Services Technician 1. Salary: $1621.28/month with benefits. Social Services Provider 1- Appling & Wayne MH/SA Counseling Centers Assesses, screens and counsels consumers in a variety of program areas performing social services activities to enhance, meet or restore their functioning capacity. Develops or participates in case management/care plans. Minimum Qualifications: A Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Sociology, Education, Nursing, Vocational Rehabilitation, or a related field OR Bachelors degree in social work, psychology, sociology, education, nursing, vocational rehabilitation or a related field and 2 years of full-time (or equivalent part-time) work experience in social service delivery (case management, outreach, prevention/education, etc.). Mental Health Professional status required. Salary commensurate with experience.
