Slot Supervisor

Provide friendly, courteous and efficient service to guests and, through teamwork with other team members, ensure prompt response to all guests’ needs. Provide cashiering and slot machine services for patrons of the casino. Provide transaction verification, assistance and ensure excellent guest service and full compliance with Ameristar Casino, Inc. policies, internal controls and State Gaming Commission regulations at all times. Coach, monitor, and develop team members for improved performance. Issuing timely performance evaluations on subordinates and offering developmental guidelines and resources to achieve goals. Comply with all Company and departmental policies, procedures and internal controls. Through teamwork with Slot Attendants and Floor Supervisors ensure good guest service and prompt response to guests’ needs at all times. Assure that the slot machines are operating properly and that jackpot payoffs and fills are executed according to company policy. Verify and authorize slot fills up to and including $10,000.00. Verify and authorize jackpot payouts up to $10,000.00. Supervisory experience preferred. Slot experience helpful. Must have strong communication skills (written and oral). Must have customer relations and training skills.Job Requirements
Candidate does not have to have previous slot experience. Qualified applicants will have the ability to motivate, develop and retain quality team members in a guest service enviornment.
