Job Description: * Collections Customer Service Representative for one of
the largest auto finance companies in the nation. A Collector will call on
customer accounts that are past due on their account in order to collect
either the funds owed or the collateral. The account could be in a pre or
post charge off status. This individual needs to have strong sales and
negotiation skills, as well as a pleasant phone demeanor. Collect multiple
payments on past due accounts. Overcome objections to continue to request
payment, use sales approach to identify the implications of being in
collections.
Will be trained first 45 days in company’s call model, policies and
procedures, computer systems training, and negotiation techniques. Will
have weekly and monthly goals that must be met.



















Job Requirements


Must be flexible to hours Mon-Sat or Sun 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm Long term
temporary position with opportunities for permanent employment AND
advancement. MUST PASS BACKGROUND CHECK (NO Felonies or Misdemeanors)
MUST HAVE CLEAN CREDIT WITH NO COLLECTIONS OR BAD DEBT ITEMS THAT ARE NOT
PAID OFF Must have no less than 1 year of customer service experience.
Must have strong communication skills and ability to identify and solve
customer problems and questions independently. Need to be familiar with
Word, PowerPoint, Excel,Outlook and sometimes MS Project.
