Site Manager
The most important responsibility of the Site Manager is to develop and maintain a positive working relationship with the client on site and provide impeccable customer service at all times. The Site Manager will also be responsible for all monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reporting as well as all invoicing and monthly reports to our client. Additionally, the Site Manager will be responsible for all staff. Responsibilities to the staff will include hiring and training, as well as giving daily direction and performance objectives. The manager will also be responsible for long-term development and promotion of employees at the site.

We are currently seeking a Site Manager to become an integral part of the front-line service team for our US-NC-Kannapolislocation.
YOUR CAPABILITIES:
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Supervise Imaging Solutions Facilities management account operations including personnel, equipment, services vendors and operational systems.
Train, guide and supervise all Customer Service Operators and train Lead Customer Service Operators to ensure effective account operations.
Communicate account production activities.
Manage staffing plan (including back-up during absences; temp usage).
Manage timesheet/payroll for employees at designated accounts.
As appropriate, counsel employees.To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the following requirements:
3-5 years management experience within a mailroom, copy center, business center or print shop.
3-5 years managing a crew of at least 6 people.
College degree in business, marketing, management, human resources or other applicable field.
Proven track record of customer satisfaction and outstanding customer service skills.
Strong computer background including knowledge of the MS Office Suite; any knowledge of Lotus Notes is a bonus.Key words: Publishing, copy, copy center, business, marketing, human resources, mailroom, print shop.
